All four speech packages are based on different age groups, so that means the topics are different also. Each radio station compared to one another are between the ages of 16-55 as there aren't any radio services that I know of at the toddler age; I shall be comparing Choice fm with LBC and News beat with Radio4.
LBC unlike most radio stations, this is the only radio station that does not play music and is only based on aired conversation and is aimed at the ages of 35-55. And is very popular with black can drivers. Comparing LBC to Choice FM, there is a big difference - which plays music all day long and is broadcasted for ages 16-26. The difference between these 2 radio stations is that one has formal aura and the other is mainly based on speaking the way the younger generation speak or communicate with each other. LBC's speaker in a much more serious and hushed tone as the topic of was crime which is something not to laugh about. On the other hand, on Choice FM when talking about the news for this station it is mainly gossip about a celebrities lifestyle of relationship status is spoken about in a more chirpy voice. The purpose of each speech package are completely different to one another. LBC is mainly about sports, which is favoured by young males. But at some point the older viewers may find it brutal and rude what the cage fighter says the a cretins point yet it is suitable for what the topic is.
News beat and Radio4 are very similar but very different at the same time. Both radio stations are targeted at Class A-B citizens to inform those on the events that are happening around them. The language used is highly formal and intelligent but not to a point where the people in there late 20's are not able to understand . The difference is that news beat is based on personal opinions from others and the thoughts those opinions that have been said, which has been surrounded by slow tempo music with a slow and steady deliverance. In a result to Radio4 were it us discussing the history of ww2 with a classical music background to set the tone. So the difference is initially that Radio4 has been made for this who have a high historical view ( political as well) As to news beat is more onto the present and the future.

Lucy - mini documentary on racism..
Racism has been defined as 3 bases;
Views
Practises
And views on the so called beliefs that humanity has been unfortunately divided into groups named races.. That have been so biased to be classed as less desire able, more desirable, inferior or superior.. None under the group less dose table get to have a say, to be honest I don't think anyone actually gets their say due to the fact that there's always a wrong or right answer. Which is usually always wrong in someone else's eyes..
Discrimination has been caused by racism as people go through life being categorised socially, as some don't think that ethnicites should have the chance to mix together. Back in 2004, University of Chicago found a large spread of discrimination as young people who were trying to apply for a job were to 'black sounding' or they would send a callback review with applicants who had a 'white sounding name'.. Ridiculous, don't you think?

Serial:
A serial is a programme has storyline, which is say to be as a follow up to a recent event that has happened within a book or an old event. That is only broadcasted once and it doesnt end at each hour, to further add it is surrounded by installments (things that have happened that havent been said in the book or seen in actual event) ; then makes it become 1-3 epsiodes than can be varied depending.
For example:
Hollyoaks is a Serial.. Which is set in Chidwill, Liverpool; it is a neighbour hood setting. The TV programme consists of many episodes, only lasting 30 minutes each time
SeriesA series is a programme broadcasted regularly; this usually tends to be once a week. It will consist of a story that is separated or split down to a set amount of episodes. It will consist of the same characters and a basic situation will be used to tell a different story in each episode. A series will contain the same title but this will only take place after all the episodes meet an end.
