Sports relief calendar

Monday 10th February - Mindmaps were written based on the charity, live and pre recorded event. Once that was done in brief detail; I had to pick one of 3 as my chosen project for sports relief.

Friday 14th February - I began my pitch and proposal before hand explaining ;
Duration
Constraints
Health and safety
What will be needed
Location and much more in full detail as I would be presenting it to the class based on whether my idea would be achievable or not.

Monday 17th February 2014 - both were read over for any mistakes before having to present on Wednesday morning.

Wednesday 19th February 2014 - the idea had been present, barrington said it was achievable to be a live or pre recorded event.

Tuesday 27th February 2014 - 1hr 15 minutes the class discussed the changes as there isn't enough time with the production period for all charities or events to be produced. So all 17 students were split into groups or work solo overall myself, Ousama, Shqiponja & Lilliane & Ash grouped together to make insert which involved pre-recorded and lie entertainment.

Monday 10th March - From 12pm, we were waiting for the Tug of War event to start, which had been delayed for 35 minutes. Roles were discussed;
Ousama - editor
Ash - photographer
Shqiponja - producer
Lilliane - camera
Saffron - Audio & sound

Tuesday 11th March 2014 - as no event took place or sales stands were available to record. Lilliane and myself were able to over the footage we already had (secondary footage). A few needed to be re-recorded as the audio was a bit fuzzy or too low to hear.

Wednesday 12th March 2014 - around 12pm the sponging event was meant to take place, but it had been cancelled last minute. So using the rest of time we had, we recorded the enrichment area as pool and table tennis is played over there..

Thursday/Friday 13-14th March: nothing took place.

Monday 17th March 2014 - Lillane and myself filmed the stalls that students who studied business raising money for sports relief. They did not want to be interviewed but we were able to recorded them selling the drinks and snacks.

Tuesday 18th March - Ash & Shqiponja filmed more of the stalls, whilst Ousama began the editing with the footage.

Wednesday 19th March 2014- As Ousama was the editor, he asked Lillane, Shqiponja and myself to do last minute recording; as some of the footage wasn't focused or the audio wasn't loud enough for him to hear. Along with some vox pops
Of a few students based on sports relief or charity.

Thursday 20th March 2014 - any last minute recording was done to fill in any spaces within the insert; Basketball, Karate, Pool, Table tennis.

Friday 21st March; (Sport relief) I was a runner, as my job I was told to make sure that wires were out of reach, if any games or quests were made I'd be one of the people to sort that out and make sure it done. And to make sure the floor was running smoothly.!

Audio; Attack the block & Anvuahood

Attack the block: IMBD

Sound:
During the trailer, throughout the music is based on the film an alien invasion, so it is demonic which is very typical for a filmography like this. At the beginning, it is very subtle giving the characters to introduce themselves, as it gets to the middle and one says the work 'Alien' the music abruptly changes filled with explosions, a lot more bass and bangs with a techno feel to it. The FX enlightening the fact that there is an alien invasion.

Audio, Visuals &Sequences:
Consisting of flashing lights as it jumps throughout the violence at the beginning. Jump cuts and sharp shot changed are used to get straight to the point as if it drags the target audience 13-16 will become bored very quickly. With the audio and visuals, the young audience will be able to relate as it is stereotypical located on a council estate, along with the speak of the young adults (slang). The visuals also reveals what goes on on every estate; the crime, dress code ( which is slightly undermining). Like the groups of boys mugging the woman or the boys and girl meeting up which is routine for class E citizens; students.

Anvuahood: IMBD

Audio&Visuals:
In this trailer, the audio is based on 21th century slang. It is used throughout the whole trailer, it captures the target audience from the beginning as they are able relate and It will be more enjoyable for them as they can understand the characters are talking about. The visuals make it known the obvious that it is based on teenagers who want to become 'big in the streets'. A very typical storyline.

Narrative: The narrative is straight to the point, which is based on a comedy situation. It bounces from one problem to another, it was very predictable yet refreshing as you don't hear that everyday.

Transformers4: Age of extinction Trailer

Sequence&Imagery;
Throughout the trailer, it would fade in and out to jump cuts giving the audience an insight on what will be happening during the filmography as it isn't out until July 2014. The jump cuts keep it sharp and simple keeping you engaged and focused on what's happening in the trailer. The fades give you an understanding of something is going to happen next. Also analysing the trailer, during the clips, it would slow down so your able to observe everything in detail in the 7 second clip; too further add, as it gets to the middle the jump cuts and fades gradually being to speed up as danger is coming close to the end of the trailer.

As it is 3D filmography, if you pay close attention to the moving pictures you will see the 3D effect taking place.
                  With all these little factors, it would make the audience: wonder what's going to happen next ? Being able to make to make up their own story, as the producer and director have made the trailer non-linear but clear enough to show that there is a beginning, middle and end.
            The characters have changed also, everyone will begin ask why?. The comments on YouTube, many viewers aren't happy that Shia isn't the main character anymore as he is was and will always be the leader of transformers.

Commentary:
Would specifically draw attention to those who are fans of transformers in general. For example: when the sub titles come up with Optimus prime's voice ' THE RULES HAVE CHANGED' would expect the reaction of excitement, confusion and anxiety. Where as those who have watched it before will feel slight excitement and tell themselves to watch it from the beginning to understand the fu concept or transformers and how it has changed. It makes the audience feel like they are part of film, along with as though they are being spoken to and sit down and question as it is being indirected to them.

Sound:
The music is luring, dark and demonic. It remains the same almost throughout the whole trailer, but once the clips become action filled with danger and violence; the music comes louder, darker with a lot more bass and heavenly sound representing death is upon us. At the beginning, the music is light as peace is at mind with the family until things change for the worst.

This can come across as oppositional pr preferred response.

Oppositional: is when a person that isn't the target audience will think badly towards to the other responses. Taking a bad look upon product.

The fact that the original characters; Shia LeBeouf, Josh Duhamel and Tyrese Gibson will put many off the film, as they highlighted all 3 transformer films
    This will also offend the transformer fans because without even going into the filmography itself, they are highlighting new characters. Instead of thinking 'this is going to be better than the last one'.
The oppositional responses will be '  I'm not going to watch this, why are they changing the characters now.'

Preferred: is a response which the public will take from the product.

A variety will enjoy the thrill of action, violence. As this film will be embed a unrealistic image in the viewers mind, having them imagine that every be chile they come across will transform into a robot.

Unit14: copy to prezi

Page4: Personal Skills:

- Being self motivated at all times, even after being turn down.
- Having a strong portfolio which is filled with experience, an understanding of how a film is made and knowledge of film language.

Task4: Twilight

Symbolic Codes:
Throughout the film, the codes are clear as day. One of the simplest codes used are colours. Red&Black. As it is a vampire themed filmography, red is might suggest DANGER, PASSION, LOVE and ETERNITY. Where as black is representing; EVIL and DEATH. During the first 2-6 scenes, the director has purposely exposed all the actors facial expressions letting the audience see that they are all expressing different emotions; doubt, confusion, pain, fear and many more. Not along are their faces explaining so much but so are their voices. Especially Bella; who has just become a mother, her face remains emotionless as she doesn't want to show fear but her voice reflect desperation in hope that her daughter is kept safe.

Technical codes: Starting with the camera angles, during the first 2 minutes; it was; establishment shot, mid reverse shot, extreme close up and again mid reverse shot. This camera sequence allows the audience to focus on the where the actors are, the facial expression and voices.
Onto the FX, which is continuously fading in and out only when the villains are talking or once danger is at it's peak. The sound in general is dark and looming, as danger unfolds the bass of a drum is announced or an applause of trumpets heighten.
Sound, including the FX; the sound of movement is loud and clear, engaging the audience keeping them focused on every movement made. For example; when both men are running in the snow, the crisp sound as their feet touch the drop is clear and slightly over exaggerated as in reality it doesn't sound like that.

Representation of people; For a vampire filmography, the director has taken a completely different approach on the character. During the 1980's-1990's, vampires were known for being 'ruthless blood-suckers', who has no mercy for the living. In twilight, the Collins and Bella are portrayed as the generations ideal male or female. Young. Attractive. Blemish-free. Youthful. This could be a unique selling point as this is nothing anyone expect, it wasn't stereotypical. Although is has the typical story line; the Average girl falls for the Amazing guy, this is the reason why it has successfully made a sequel 5 times. The old souls trapped in a high school wo/men's body have given this filmography a realistic exposure with human affections. Overall this deviates the old from the new, in way of how vampires have evolved over the years.

Article of Installation

This article will be about Video Installation Art, controversial video art. The Artists that I will be focusing on in this article will be the following:

·          Pipilotti Rist

·          Wolf Vostell

·          David wojnarowicz

 I will be going through one of their pieces, their styles/techniques in how they present the piece and background narratives to the pieces; I will also be giving the audiences response to their art and how it was seen to be controversial.

Pipilotti Rist

This video artist is one of the most famous well known video installation artists in the media. Who works with video, film and moving images which is often displayed as projectors. Her work was first featured in the Venice Biennal, where she was awarded the Premio 2000 prize.

After studying Arts and Video, she began making super 8 films. The type of works she creates only lasted a few minutes, containing alternations of colours, speed and sound. But it was mainly targeted at the gender, sexuality and the human body. The colours alone represented a sense of happiness and simplicity. This is her own style, her own way of getting her videos her way uniquely.

An example; ' I'm not the girl who misses much' 1986. At the beginning, she herself dances in front of camera in a black dress with her breasts exposed. This is one of first installations rather simple but gets straight to the point. It lasted around 2-4 minutes, if not less. This video was her way showing the women use happiness to hide pain along which is hinted with the saying of ' I'm not the girl who misses much'. This is could come across as confusing for those at first.

In my opinion, this video will come across as confusing. As her usual video aren't this dark, but it was trying to represent woman hide pain with happiness. It was some what relatable, it was unusual and I personally didn't the see the point her top half being exposed like they.

Wolf Vostell

He has worked along the sides of some of the great video artists themselves such as Paik and Maciunas. He has done work with several mediums such as prints, videos, environment and installation art.

An example of Vostell’s video art: ‘Elektronischer: Happening Raum (Happening Room)’  done at 1968, this a videotape recording that had colour as well as sound, was recorded in a spaced out room with objects scattered around the room which most of them moved one way or another, the items used in the video were: Classic Televisions with weird tools attached to them which moved, old pile of clothing which looked rugged and dirty, a lot of meat on floor as well as on the pipes plus other places such as the floor, blood stained cloth, ski equipment, somewhat of a sharp weapon and other weird things that i can’t possibly name.

 This Video Installation art was set in this room which had things happening such as a television showing what seems to be key relevance about a past event, it has showed allot of weirdly created objects with meat attached to it; the video has been filmed by what seemed like someone holding a camera looking at the objects as this created the effect off a shaky camera.

Audience responses to this video art can be simply put to “Why? What?” due to its random meat battering and the amount of blood that was contained in this art. I think that this may have been weird and disturbing but i thought ‘what was he trying to show us?’ so that made me feel uneasy when watching the video, i think overall it was interesting in a way cause this is how he expresses his views on maybe the political society.

David Wojnarowicz

Throughout David Wojnarowicz art career he was a photographer, painter, writer, filmmaker and a performance artist.

His most controversial piece was “Fire in my Belly” which was done at 1987 this has been known to be biggest uproar in terms of video art due to the fact that it seemed as if David Wojnarocwicz has put religion down by having an imagery of Jesus Christ with insects that are crawling all over the figure. The theme of the video as very dark and it also theme almost scary at times; its used dripping blood, a figurine model of Jesus Christ covered with insects, A rotting hand.

The use of technology was varied as there many sudden transitions, also there was parts were he has played a bit with lighting as he made it flicker. There was use of narrative forms in this video installation piece as it has been said that he has made this video in memory of a friend that has died from AIDs, He is also suffering from the same disease when he created this video. This video was made to express his feelings; the world has abandoned him as the US did nothing about this problem for many years, he felt alone, he felt as if he was suffering the same amount of pain as Jesus Christ.

Is the DVD dead?

Is DVD Dead?

DVD+R are recordable for one time only. The storage capability is 4.7GB.

DVD+RW are rewrite-able, in other words this means you can record it more than twice.

Functions:

Video: The formats are usually used in Asia, Australia, North America and Europe. These can only be watched on a specific software, depending on the number of frames per second.

Writing speed: The speed data is burned onto a; DVD, CD or Blue Ray.

Menu: on a DVD, you'll be given options to either;

Play

Select scenes

Use of subtitles

Language and special features. Sometimes once the film is over, it would go straight to the menu or it would replay as some don't have a menu at all.

DTS (digital theatre system) which is known as surround sound. Dvd's like BlueRay consist of this, creating a cinematic sound with a person's home. Involving 6 speakers; Central, Sub Woofer and 4 surround speakers.

Conventions:

Copyright protection: A software which is installed to make it difficult to copy and illegal to distribute.

           For example;

Parental Control: To prevent viewers under the age of a specific filmography. In the US, they have created a DVD Software to prevent children from explicit scenes and inappropriate language.

            For example;

Do you think DVDs have a future? Yes, because there is no doubt that as the months and years go by, going to the cinema will be out of the question as price rates are going up. But speaking technically speaking, there are valid reasons;

Kids/children will need this as technology has become a well know factor of he long a child learn and none the less keeping them quiet and entertained. Along with a bit of research Ultraviolet embrace the fact that 'In the future, you're going to buy a digital copy and then doing to buy a disc as another way to view the content'.

What are the threats of DVD in the future?

- Possibly buying a fake DVD.

- The quality isn't pleasing.

- The content on the disc maybe inappropriate.

- The disc will be damaged; scratched or broken.

- Not enjoying the experience at home as they would in the cinema.

What is unique about a DVD?

- You can note the the year released, film title, but it has a unique number like the bar code.

- Able to travel with the disc.

- Some DVDs come a package. Combo with special features, such as behind the scenes.

- Buying under different companies; Blue Ray, Disney, etc.

- DVDs come in a DVD package with a specific cover for each type.

Weaknesses: There are many weaknesses within a DVD itself. Such as;

-They can become ruined by scratches.

-Some DVD players may not be able read the disc.

- if poorly compressed, it can cause fuzziness or low audio.

- do not work in CD drives.

Tate Modern; Video Installation.

The Role of A Lifetime.

Created By: Deimanitas Markevicivs

Dated Created: 2003

Write a brief description, which explains what happens in the video:

Its explaining or expressing his personal experiences and relationships between memories, Political history in relations of Social changes. He does this through an unfamiliar context borrowed from experiences of this and it is constructed a network of subtle associations between distinct sets of material.

Observations about the piece:

I personally think that it comes a cross as him wanting to represent freedom from what I could gather together from watching the video.

It wasn't engaging or very eye catching, the narrative wasn't clear enough for myself or the peers around me at the time; I couldn't exactly understand what he was trying to explain. Discrimination? Poverty?

To further add, the audio wasn't clear, the music if there was any didn't seem to have much of an impact of the visuals.

The visual were very good as it seems like the flash backs were captured during a war and its not easy to achieve such images he did.

Projection.

Created By: Andrea Fraser

Date Created: 2008

Write a brief description, which explains what happens in the video :

A Psychotherapy session in which the viewer is addressed as the Therapist, Patient and Voyeuristic.

The technical sense is viewed as the session be displayed as a moving image being diverted to different side of the room, you as the viewer will need to turn around back and forth to get the understanding of the whole concept.

You as the viewer feel like your actually part of the session as the patient/therapist is looking directly at the camera, so this has an effect of feeling as though she is actually having a conversation with you.

Overall this is called 'Psychoanalysis' - Unconscious transfer of desires or transcripts of real psychotherapy consultations adapted into two monologues.

Observation: As the whole concept of this video was to feel like you were being spoken to, it was definitely engaging as at some point. You would catch yourself speaking as if you actually feel like your in the session yourself. At some stages, you would feel about of place because the prospective would change, as well as the mood because it would change to the woman counselling you, to you listening and taking in what she has to say. So you would feel as though your being out on the spot as you wouldn't expect such a drastic chance to take place.

Visually, it was rather simple but it was definitely eye catching as it made to want to sit down and see what happens next or wonder what she is talking and why is it set that way. The audio was clear, very understandable as it should be and loud enough for everyone to hear.

Notes for the insert of ABLA & CS

Filming;
-better focus on shot.
- shots of the mac computers are needed within the visuals, along with more visuals needed.
- if you don't have enough footage - DONT DRAG OUT.
- Melanie was talking about herself too much.
- students personal opinions on why they are here and their future references are to be included.
- shots were shared around on both inserts.

HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE:
- see what's on the paper ( focus).
- shot of the other campus.
- follow the rules of the college; no hoods

In GENERAL; editing.

CS - more footage needed > clients know that the footage couldn't be rendered on the day fully. TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES.

ABLA - leave the caption on for a longer period of time. ( ask about the font)

The advantages;
The music was good overall on both parts.
It was very realistic and visual.

To be done;
Permission slips for filming those with a disability on the other campus.

Shallow and Large Depth Of Field.

What is depth of field?
is the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear acceptably sharp in an image. Although a lens can precisely focus at only one distance at a time.

Shallow depth of field images;

Large depth of field images;

Lighting

What Is Hard/Soft Light?
Produces well-defined, dark shadows and tends to originate from a light source, which is usually located far away. Where as, soft light produces soft shadows or no shadows at all. This is normally done by either, adjusting the light or cover the light with non-transparent objects or changing the angle. Hard lighting is produced normally on sunny days, where they are little clouds, like wise other weathers such as rain etc. will produce soft light.

What is good about using strong directional lighting in portraits?
Its good because it brings out the person's skin tone, giving the skin a soft, glowing and clear appearance; Radiant. Along with directional lighting, the skin will appear to have no impurities which magazines like Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan are looking for.

What is Clam Shell lighting?
Calm shell lighting is used for portrait shots, by using a light source, also with a reflector. This helps reduce shadows from dark places on the face such as the nose, neck and eyes or anything that covers bruises from the face, making the face much clearer.
The way it works is, the light source is posted much higher above the person head, so the light comes from the top as if it is the sun, at this moment the light will produce shadows on a persons face mostly in areas that light can not reach such as under the eyes, neck.

What is Rim Lighting?
Rim lighting occurs when the main source of light is placed behind the subject, which means the subject face is in the shadow. Also, there is a rim of light present around the subject's head. As seen in the image below.

What is Light Graffiti?
Is a technique in which exposures are made by hand held light or by the moving the camera depending on the shutter speed.

Favourite Image

What props did they use?
White Background
Reflectors
Cosmetics

Reason for choosing such a portrait:
This image professes the natural beauty of anyone's face with or without make up. The shot itself is plays with the eye contact of this lady, which is heavy and intense indicating that she may be trying to seduce or capture someone's eye. The magazine I have chosen is Elle or Vogue because it think it is appropriate as the background of each image is black based, giving the images a masculine effect or aura.

This is a magazine that includes fashion trends, celebrity gossip, hair & beauty tips etc.
I have chosen this magazine because my pictures are quite relatable, interesting and expressive. I have also chosen this magazine because this image above to be the front page of vogue or Elle as it has a glossy effect representing class and sophistication .

I think that this magazine will like my pictures because they are very expressive and eye catching  due to the various lip colours, along with the lip colour the skin tone and hair style within the images are the same so it doesn't the viewers eyes of the main subject; lip colour.

How I am going to remake it?

Rule of thirds

What is the rule of thirds and how do you use it?

The rule of thirds is that when you are taking a photograph landscape or portrait, using the grid will make the focus on the image a lot better. As the eyes are the most important part of the face within the image, make sure you keep the lines that join within the same position of the persons face.

How do you manually select the auto focus point?
Selecting the auto focus manually, you would look on the lens of the camera and you will notice a little switch that will say MF or AF ( Manual focus and Auto Focus). You then select the auto focus and the click the top right button that looks like a square with a cross in it; that allows you focus on whatever point you want.

JAMES

Working Title:                          US Vs THEM

Summary of the idea:
A clean game of Dodge ball in the sports hall within City Of Westminster, the participants within the the 5-10 minute game will be students, who either study but it is open to any student who wants to take part and also teachers/staff will be versing against the Students.

Legal Issues:
The Legal issues will involve health and safety, along with permission from students, teachers/staff and the enrichment team. A contract or permission form will be made to make sure the all that are going to be involved would like to filmed, also with it being alright for the footage to be breached on the college website if it was possible. To further add health and safety;

Exits – I will make sure that there are enough exits for everyone to leave the building in a short amount of time, safely.
Spillages; to ensure that the surfaces are safe and dry, so if there are spillages they will automatically be cleaned up before any situations occur.
Cables; as there will be camera equipment within the area, the cables will need to be hidden with the cable matts to make sure that no one trips over or has an accident.
Dodge balls; to make sure that the balls aren’t too firm, as the players will be throwing them at each other from waist below.
Health Kit; this may be needed as someone may endure an injury during the game so the kit will be present at all time to attend the injury quickly.
Required Space; is a must there will be a lot of equipment in the same environment around people, so the space will be needed to keep everyone clear from anything so nothing will be broken.

Overall this is will ensure that everyone including; audience, production team, participants and personell are safe at all times as anything can happen at any moment.

Content Synopsis: My idea for the pre-recorder entertainment is a game of softball/dodge ball where we will find out if the younger or older generation has a better team. This is a game/sport where they will be opposing teams (students Vs teachers) where they will throw balls at each other and dodge it. The people who dodge them and have the most people standing will win.

Target Audience: 16-35 years old as teachers and student will be involved. As the entertainment is a sport, this will be appeal to them because during primary and secondary school day’s students always used to see sports as a fun lesson. This will have a broad audience as within this generation sports is very popular, especially to men older or younger. Most participants will be studying sports between the ages 16-19 but this is an open option to those that want to take part whether they study sports or not, and surely male teachers would like to take in a challenge with their students more than females teachers would.

Resources required:
Camera/s; 4 cameras will be needed to recored the event, along with be positioned differently as well as two cameras being either hand held or placed on a tripod with or without wheels for a tracking movement. If this is done, the overall production will have a variety of shots once it has been edited so it wont look bland as dogdeball isn't a slow paced sport.

Mind map of 5 ideas for final image

find people with what im looking for?

Mood board for my final project

Being a freelancer for a magazine

Within the generation of today, Cosmetics seems to be the be all and end off on social networks such as; YouTube, Instagram, Vine and others. As a typical female, I am always up to date with the fashion and always looking into under rated clothing lines looking for individuality. Yet make up seems to speaking for itself allowing many male and female to experiment with it, along with feeling comfortable in their own skin. Being an original, stealing and making it their own with a twist.
         In all cases whether it's contouring, eyebrow shaping, eye shadow tutorials. Lipstick seems to be the one everyone wants to get right, hitting it right on the head. It gives a woman her character whether she is naturally blessed with rose pink lips, a change hurt every now and then.

Depending on the tone, colour or event even: lipstick can change an appearance drastically lighting or darkening the face, adding a bit of colour to a dull out fill or defining the outfit all together flattering someone's skin tone and a persons persona.

  Celebrities such as Jessie J and Salonge Knowles are perfect examples or roles models for such a topic.. *pictures*

Explain what both women are wearing & the colour lipstick does..

My chosen magazine would be vogue or Cosmetic depending on the way id the lipstick to be presented light and bubble or classy with a tad a huskiness..

How I would gain such an image?
The ways I would try and achieve such a masculine yet sophisticated photograph for vogue. I would need to have glossy effect using reflectors for the radiant skin tone, along with the use of shadows to defining the jawline and the structure of the face.

700 word genre analysis

The American medicated Kids is a documentary that allows the audience/public to get an insight of families who believed that their children need to be closely medicated to sustain behavioural problems, along with how it affects lives in general. It also gives us the right to question whether it is right for children at the ages between 6-13 to be put on medication.

In documentaries there are many voiceovers of the presenter speaking, which allows and gives the audience a chance to take in the information and understand what is being said without confusion. For example;
when we see the kids playing in the documentary we hear the presenter on the voiceover which enables us to see the child's behaviour but also listen to the voiceover which makes it more interesting and also cuts down time. We also see a lot of interviews with experts, such as;
Doctors
Physiatrists and others, so that what is being said is trustworthy and believeable as it's coming from a person who does it as their occupation for a living.

The main code that should be obeyed in the documentary would be privacy; because this is exposing families personal lives and issues. Also he has to be aware with the information he has researched. Specific information. With that he will need to think before he speaks as he will be asking and exposing information that May or may not be needed. But before he asks will need permission from the families to do so and at all times those and questions and informations must be appropriate at all times.
Example: When the presenter was asking the young girl if she actually needed the medication, he had to make sure he wasn't coming across as being too pushy or being in personal space as she was feeling agitated at that point.

Accuracy is another guideline that needs to be followed within this documentary, as this is talking about the realism of medicated children; what they are diagnosed with?, what's the cause behind it, if there is one? and many others. Throughout the broadcaster was stating information and commentary, all facts and information had to be true and not misleading in any way possible.
A prime example of this is when the presenter was stating facts to the doctor he was interviewing about the medication the children were taking and what it was for exactly.

It was easy to figure out that this was a documentary, as there were many interviews with the subjects using yhe camera technique of shot reverse shot especially with the presenter and the young boy Hugh. Along with mid shots ( chest and upwards) or a close up (shoulders and upwards) giving the audience the chance to see any emotion professed by the body language or facial expressions by the children and adults.
For example;
When the presenter was having a conversation with Hughs parents about what medication he takes and whether he actually needs them or not.
          Also having the in sight of the present staying the Hugh family's home was a way of allowing the audience to see the day to day routine of the child and families life; the round and the smooth.

Lastly opinions and views had to be obeyed. The presenter had to ensure that his opinion was not baised but an all rounder, so the adults could fed off what he had said and respond without being offended. To further add he questions he had asked had to be open as all opinions are supposed to be spoken upon and fairly as this could reflect the code of impart/ially (uneven).

Accuracy;
All facts quoted must be vertified, for instance; if the government were to stareva fact in a meeting. It would need to be corrected or be realistic for it to be used. The due accuracy will be vary depending on the show, whether its not a factual programme, all opinions must be relevent.

Example: A report had been made by a reporter under the wing of ESPN wrote a report on misleading and unaccurate information on a young child being molested.

Opinion & Impartially: codes of OFCOM

'Undue Promience is a significant imbalance of views aired within coverage of matters of political or industrial controversy or matters releasing to the public policy'.
        In other words, opinions should be balanced in all sections of the media industry. All opinions are therefore related to the public policy at an equal.

Impartially, the word itself means not favouring one side over the other. As a result, if a newreporter were to present an debate, that person can not put forward their personal opinion as that will come across as baised.

The Mark Dougan Murder covers both because 2 vocalists were voicing their opinion, one for and against was the preoccptions made on the police officer. This is an obvious sign of balance. Along with impartially, the news reporter did not favour either sides even though what was being said was couldve been true, very accurate. No sides were taken.
